 पत्रकारों के द्वारा किसी के भी आचरण छवि को खराब करने से बचाए रखने के लिए प्रकाशन हाउस पत्र-पत्रिकाओं मीडिया न्यूज़ चैनल में प्रकाशन कराने से पहले समस्त प्रकार की एजेंसियों को जिम्मेवारी लेना अनिवार्य कराया जाएगा।

 भारतीय भाषा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ऐसे शोध जिस का महत्व विश्व के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है तो शोध का प्रकाशन मात्र भारतीय भाषा हिंदी संस्कृत या उर्दू में ही हो सकेगा प्रकाशन हेतु खुद का भारतीय जर्नल सर्वश्रेष्ठ करवाया जाएगा।
In order to promote the Indian language, such research whose importance is important for the world, then the publication of the research can be done only in the Indian language, Hindi, Sanskrit or Urdu, its own Indian Journal will be made best for publication.

 सरकारी दूरदर्शन चैनल को बढ़ावा देने के लिए संपूर्ण प्रकार के सरकारी कार्य व उनकी खबरों कोदूरदर्शन चैनल के द्वारा ही सर्वप्रथम प्रकाशन कराया जाएगा तत्पश्चात ही सरकारी कार्यों की गोपनीयता को भंग किया जा सकेगा
In order to promote the Government Doordarshan channel, all types of government work and their news will be published first through Doordarshan channel only after that the secrecy of government works can be breached.

 संपूर्ण भारत देश में मातृभाषा हिंदी को लागू कराने के लिए भारत में प्रकाशित शोध पत्र और किए गए शोधों का पेटेंट हिंदी भाषा में कराया जाएगा ताकि विदेशी हिंदी पढ़ें और सीखें
To implement Hindi as the mother tongue in the whole of India, the research papers published in India and the research done will be patented in Hindi language so that foreigners can read and learn Hindi.

 भारतीय संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रत्येक विद्यालयों में शिक्षण के पूर्व देश की राजनीतिक टिप्पणियां और शिक्षण के बाद देश की सैन्य शक्तियों का रोजाना पत्राचार के माध्यम सेप्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य कराया जाएगा।
To promote Indian culture, political comments of the country before teaching in every school and after teaching, training of country's military powers through daily correspondence will be made mandatory.

 अनावश्यक धाराएं फालतू आरोप-प्रत्यारोप वह कानून व्यवस्था को लागू कराने के लिए अनावश्यक बनाएगी धाराएं अध्यादेश को हटवा दिया जाएगा और नए नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाएगा
Unnecessary Sections, unnecessary allegations and counter-allegations that will make it unnecessary to enforce law and order, the ordinance will be removed and the new rules will be strictly followed.

 पानी, कचरा जैसी समस्याओं का समाधान करने के लिएशहर के प्रत्येक वार्ड पर पानी तथा कचरा बैंक मिनी संग्रहालय स्टोरका निर्माण कराया जाएगा।
To solve the problems like water, garbage, water and garbage bank mini museum store will be constructed on every ward of the city.

 जनपद के प्रत्येक तहसील पर मिनी न्यायालय का निर्माण कराया जाएगा ग्राम पंचायत ग्राम प्रधान के फैसले पर पूर्णतया प्रतिबंध लगा दिया जाएगातहसील न्यायालय पर हीस्थानीय फैसले का निपटारा कराया जाएगा जिसका निपटारा एक सप्ताह के अंदर क्षेत्रीय न्यायालय के द्वारा किया जा सकेगा। एक अधिकारी की नियुक्ति जो स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं रोजगार आदि की समस्याओं का समाधान करेगा।जिसमें प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत के अनुसार एक सरकारी वकील व प्रत्येक तहसील पर एक सरकारी जज की नियुक्ति की जाएगी
Mini court will be constructed on every tehsil of the district, the decision of Gram Panchayat, village head will be completely banned. Appointment of an officer who will solve the problems of health, medical education and employment etc. In which a government lawyer and a government judge will be appointed on each tehsil according to each gram panchayat.

 जनपद के प्रत्येक ब्लॉक पर मिनी सब्जी गल्ला मंडी तथा सरकारी खर्च पर कच्चे पदार्थों संरक्षणके लिए कोल्ड स्टोरेजका निर्माण कराया जाएगातथा ग्रामीण बाजार की दलाली को रोकने के लिए जनपद के प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायतों में सरकारी बाजार लिपिक सफाई कर्मचारी सरकारी तथा बाजार में 24 घंटे लाइट की व्यवस्थासुनिश्चित कराई जाएगी।
Mini vegetable market will be constructed on every block of the district and cold storage will be constructed at government expense for the protection of raw materials and to prevent brokerage of rural market, government market clerks, sweepers, government and 24 in the market in every gram panchayat of the district. Hour lighting will be ensured.

 लीज तथा पट्टे पर दी गई जमीन को खाली कराते हुए सरकारी जमीन पर जिले में समस्त प्रकार के सरकारी विभाग दफ्तरों को एक सुनिश्चित जगह पर एक साथ कराएं जाने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
While vacating the leased and leased land, arrangements will be made to get all types of government department offices in the district together at a fixed place on government land.

 प्रत्येक ब्लॉक स्तर पर क्षेत्रीय समस्या व समस्या के प्रकार को देखते हुएजन सुनवाई हेतु सरकारी कार्यालय खुलवाया जाएगाजहां पर प्रत्येक माह मैं 1 दिन जिला अधिकारी तथा जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य होगी
In view of the regional problem and type of problem at each block level, the government office will be opened for a public hearing, where the presence of the District Officer and District Superintendent of Police will be mandatory for 1 day every month.

 ग्रामीण स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा से संबंधित क्लीनिक सेंटर अस्पताल डॉक्टर मेडिकल स्टोर एक ही सुनिश्चित जगह पर डिग्री डिप्लोमा अनुभव के अनुसार सुनिश्चित शुल्क पर स्थापित कराए जाएंगे।
Clinics related to health medicine at the village level, centres, hospitals, doctors, medical stores, will be established at the same fixed place at a fixed fee as per degree diploma experience.

 शादी समारोह के आयोजन में हो रहे भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने के लिए प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत पर सरकारी मैरिज लॉन खुलवाने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
Arrangement will be made to open government marriage lawns in each gram panchayat to eliminate corruption in the organization of marriage ceremony.

 जनता की राय मत वा सलाह के अनुसार सच्चर कमेटी व मंडल कमीशन, लोकपाल बिलपर पुनः विचार कमेटी गठित की जाएगी।
According to the opinion or advice of the public, the Sachar Committee and the Mandal Commission, Lokpal Bill will be reconsidered.

 बौद्धिक विकास करने के साथ-साथ में चारित्रिक विकास के लिए भी बढ़ावा देते हुए धार्मिक उपदेशों की स्वतंत्रता देते हुए भारत के मूल कर्तव्य दायित्व अधिकार व मूल शपथ संस्मरण कराए जाएंगे
While promoting for intellectual development as well as for character development, giving freedom of religious precepts, India's Fundamental Duties, Responsibility Rights and Original Oaths will be remembered.

 भ्रष्टाचार की बढ़ती समस्या को देखते हुए शिक्षा चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में अलग-अलग पुलिस विभाग का गठन किया जाएगा जिनका ड्रेस कोड अलग अलग होगा
In view of the increasing problem of corruption, separate police departments will be formed in the field of education, whose dress code will be different.

 सरकारी कर्मचारियों के ठहरने रहने के लिए समस्या से निपटने के लिए सरकारी जगह परबहुमंजिल की इमारत कर्मचारी कैटेगरी के अनुसार डिजाइन की जाएगी एक ही जगह पर समस्त सरकारी कर्मचारी निवास कर सकेंगे।
To deal with the problem of accommodation for government employees, multi-storey building at the government place will be designed according to the employee category, all government employees will be able to reside at one place.

 समस्त शिक्षण व चिकित्सा संस्थानों बाजारीकरण को रोकने के लिए सरकारी हाथों में लिया जाएगा। किसी भी व्यक्ति के शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा से कोई भी समझौता नहीं किया जा सकेगा
All educational and medical institutions will be taken into the hands of the government to stop the marketization. No compromise can be made with the education health medical of any person.

 नाच गाने पर प्रतिबंध लगाते हुए विज्ञान तथा प्रौद्योगिकी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए महत्व को बताते हुए वैल्यू ऐडेड प्रमाण पत्र निर्धारित किया जाएगा प्रमाण पत्र वापसी देने पर एक निर्धारित शुल्क सरकार की ओर से मुहैया कराया जाएगा।
Value-added certificate will be prescribed stating the importance for promotion of science and technology while banning dancing and singing, a prescribed fee will be provided by the government on return of the certificate.

 सरकारी विद्यालयों अस्पतालों व बस चालकों व सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए निर्धारित समय के साथ साथ मे ड्रेस कोड अनिवार्य कराई जाएगी।
Dress code will be made mandatory for government schools, hospitals and bus drivers and government employees along with the stipulated time.

 उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रत्येक ब्लॉक पर आम जनमानस की सलाह व विचार लेने के लिए सलाहकार बॉक्स प्रत्येक पोस्ट ऑफिस पर लगवाए जाएंगे जनता के द्वारा दिए सलाह पर ही विधायक गण कार्य कर सकेंगे
Advisory boxes will be installed at every post office on every block of Uttar Pradesh to take advice and views of the general public, MLAs will be able to work only on the advice given by the public.
